Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 29, 2026

1) About Shopix

Shopix is a subscription-based platform that helps businesses create and manage their own online store without technical knowledge. Store owners can add products, prices, images, offers, payment methods, order settings, and customer communication details, then share their Store link with customers. Customers can browse products, place orders, track orders, and use the payment methods enabled by the Store.

2) Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing or using Shopix, including the website, Store dashboard, online storefronts, checkout flow, tracking pages, or related services, you agree to these Terms. During registration, the person creating the account must actively agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy before continuing. If you use Shopix for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3) Store Accounts And Access

  • Store owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.
  • Store owners must provide accurate account and business information and keep it updated, including contact numbers and bank account details used for payouts or customer bank transfer payments.
  • Shopix may suspend access, require verification, delay requests, hold payouts, or restrict certain features if we believe an account presents a fraud, abuse, payment, refund, or security risk.

4) What Shopix Provides

Shopix provides the software and infrastructure that allow Stores to operate online, receive orders, manage payments and order statuses, run promotions, request payouts, review refund requests, and communicate with customers through the platform's tools. Shopix does not manufacture, stock, own, or deliver the products sold by Stores unless stated separately in writing.

5) Store Responsibilities

  • Store owners are responsible for the products, pricing, descriptions, offers, delivery promises, policies, taxes, and other information shown in their Store.
  • Store owners are responsible for fulfilling orders, responding to customer issues, reviewing refund requests honestly, managing any manual refunds they approve, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If a Store turns on returns and refunds, the shared Shopix returns and refunds policy applies to that Store and cannot be replaced with a different custom policy in the product or tracking flow.
  • For non-card customer orders, if a Store approves a refund, the Store must send the refund to the customer bank account provided in the refund request and must not mark the request as refunded until the transfer has actually been sent.
  • Store owners must ensure they have the rights to use any content they upload, including images, logos, product descriptions, reviews they display, and marketing content they send.
  • Store owners must not use Shopix for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

6) Customer Orders

  • Orders placed through Shopix are orders submitted to the Store, not to Shopix.
  • The Store controls whether an order is accepted, rejected, processed, delivered, completed, refunded, or cancelled, except where Shopix or a payment provider must act to prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate refunds, or financial loss.
  • For eligible physical-product orders where returns and refunds are turned on, customers may request a refund within 10 days after the order is marked Out for Delivery by selecting the affected item or items, entering a reason for each item, and uploading supporting proof.
  • Questions about a product, delivery issue, refund request, return request, exchange, order mistake, or Store policy must be directed to the relevant Store unless Shopix support is specifically required for a Shopix billing issue or an eligible automated payment case.

7) Payments, Balances, And Payouts

  • Stores may enable supported customer payment methods such as debit or credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
  • Shopix platform fees, subscriptions, Store ID changes, and similar Shopix-to-Store payments may be offered through Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or both, depending on which platform payment methods Shopix has enabled at that time.
  • If Shopix disables platform Bank Transfer, related Shopix receipt-upload and receipt-review flows may be hidden immediately, while customer-facing bank accounts for Store bank transfer payments may still remain available.
  • For customer orders paid by debit or credit card, accepted order value may move into an on-hold balance first and may become withdrawable only after the configured refund-risk window ends and any approved refund amount is accounted for.
  • For customer orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, earnings may still appear in Store totals according to the order and payment status, but those amounts are not part of the Shopix card payout balance unless Shopix expressly states otherwise.
  • Store payout requests from the Shopix card balance may be subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which is shown in the dashboard before the request is submitted.
  • Shopix may display payment instructions, capture payment-related status data, support receipt uploads, support automated card refunds, and automate selected payment actions where needed for operations, fraud prevention, payout control, or payment reconciliation.
  • Shopix is not responsible for customer payment disputes, Store refund decisions, failed external bank transfers, card issuer decisions, or chargebacks between buyers and Stores, except to the extent required by law or a separate written agreement.

8) Subscription Fees And Billing

  • Shopix is offered on a subscription basis. Store owners may also be charged setup, add-on, Store ID change, payout, or other service fees if clearly communicated.
  • Subscription periods, prices, trial periods, discounts, and applicable fees are shown at checkout or in the Store dashboard.
  • Confirmed or completed Shopix subscription purchases, renewals, and plan upgrades are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund.
  • Access to some features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if required payments are not made on time.

9) Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system performance, scrape content unlawfully, or bypass security controls.
  • Do not upload viruses, malicious code, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
  • Do not submit false receipts, false payout details, false refund claims, fake proof images, duplicate payment claims, or any other content intended to deceive customers, Stores, payment providers, or Shopix.
  • Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Shopix itself without prior written permission.

10) Store Content And Platform Data

Store owners retain ownership of the business names, logos, product content, pricing, images, descriptions, and other Store materials they provide. Store owners grant Shopix a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content solely to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

11) Marketing And Communications

Shopix may send operational emails, verification messages, service notices, payment reminders, refund updates, security notices, and support communications. Store owners may use Shopix marketing tools only for lawful business communications related to their Store and must ensure the content they send is accurate and compliant with applicable law.

12) Third-Party Services

Shopix may rely on third-party service providers, including hosting, storage, analytics, messaging, email delivery, payment-related services, and infrastructure tools. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

13) Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

  • Shopix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • Shopix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet every Store's business needs.
  • Shopix is not liable for Store products, Store policies, delivery performance, stock accuracy, manual refund transfers handled by a Store, customer disputes, lost profits, indirect damages, or business interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14) Suspension, Termination, And Account Closure

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse of the platform, payout risk, refund abuse, security risk, or a breach of these Terms. Store owners may stop using Shopix at any time, but confirmed or completed fees already paid remain non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15) Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using Shopix after revised Terms become effective, you agree to the updated version.
