Refund Policy
1) Subscription Payments
Payments made to Shopix for a first-time subscription purchase, a subscription renewal, or a paid plan upgrade may be refunded only if the seller requests the refund within 24 hours of the payment being made. After that 24-hour window ends, those payments are non-refundable unless Shopix expressly states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a refund.
- Setup services, one-time service work, add-ons, domain registration fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless Shopix expressly states otherwise in writing.
2) How To Request A Refund
To request a refund for a subscription purchase, renewal, or upgrade inside the 24-hour window, contact zeiro.agency@gmail.com from the email address linked to the seller account and include the business name, payment date, amount, and payment reference or transaction details.
3) Free Trials
If Shopix offers a free trial, no subscription charge applies during the trial period unless clearly stated otherwise. Once a paid subscription begins, the applicable charges become subject to this Refund Policy.
4) Seller Cancellations
Sellers may stop using Shopix at any time, but cancellation of the service does not automatically entitle the seller to a refund, partial refund, credit, or prorated billing adjustment for fees already charged.
5) Customer Orders And Seller Refunds
Customers place orders with the seller through Shopix. Any refund, return, replacement, cancellation, or exchange relating to a product or seller-fulfilled order is the seller's responsibility. Shopix does not automatically issue those refunds unless specifically stated otherwise.
6) Payment Reversals And Chargebacks
If a payment made to Shopix is reversed, disputed, or charged back, Shopix may suspend platform access, recover related costs, and take reasonable steps to protect the platform and its business interests, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7) Exceptions Required By Law
If applicable law requires a refund in a specific case, Shopix will comply with that legal requirement. Except for those situations, payments to Shopix remain non-refundable.
